1. About Course Rep

Course Rep provides software tools that help students discover campus resources, access academic materials, connect with peers, and use student-to-student services.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Course Rep. If you are using Course Rep on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access accounts you do not own, scraping private data, uploading malware, or using Course Rep for unlawful purposes.

4. Content and listings

If Course Rep allows you to upload content or create listings, you are responsible for what you submit. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Third-party links

Course Rep may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

6. Disclaimers

Course Rep is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every listing, resource, or community post is accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Course Rep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
